Creating tasks
Tasks are parts of a bigger picture. You can easily manage projects by creating tasks and assigning people to them.
You can do it in several ways:
- Drag the New Task icon onto the canvas. Move your cursor over to the pencil icon that will appear at the top left corner of the task box to change the task's name.
- Right-click on the canvas and select Create Task. Move your cursor over to the pencil icon that will appear at the top left corner of the task box after the task appears.
- Click Enter to create a draft, and then drag it onto the canvas. You can type in the task's name straight away and then drag the task box onto the canvas.
Also, you can set deadlines for tasks and assign executors. You can do it in the task or in the Task Details section.
You can also make notes, upload files and add comments in the Task Details section.
